He studied under profesor Klezla at the Jaroslav Jezek Conservatory. Since 1983 he performed with varietay of amateur bands such as Helius and Oliver. He was guest in shows of Pavel Sedlacek and Classic Rock'n'Roll Band. From 1988 till 2003 he was a lead singer of big beat band Brutus. With Brutus he recorded several CDs and videos. He also took a part in movie Indian Summer. As a vocal singer he co-operated on many projects of variety of interprets (P. Hapka, O. Balage, J. Vancura, S. Sklovska, Greese, etc). Michal is also active in a theatre performing. He could be seen in Musical Theatre Karlin and in following musicals: Pena dni, Jesus Christ Supestar, Hamlet, Excalibur, Hair and Cats.
